of IPSec Tunnel ---------- Ihave a Linksys BEFVP41
router at one end of an
IPsec Tunnel. The other
end has a SnapGear LITE+.
I have an IPsec Tunnel
conneted through the
internet successfully.
The problem is the LAN
behind the SnapGear
router can see the LAN
and computers behind the
Linksys Router. But I
need the opposite. I
need the LAN behind the
Linksys router to be able
to see and map drives on
computers behind the
SnapGear. From the
computers behind the
Linksys, I can only ping
the Win-2000 workstations
and Linux Servers behind
the SnapGear. Cannot
map. Also the LAN behind
the SnapGear has one NT-4
workstation that I cannot
even ping. Really need
to get to this computer
(figures :). Any help
and/or suggestions would
be greatly appreciated,
and I will be forever
greatful and indebted. | Deepali Member since: 2003-12-01 22:37:01 | posted: 2003-12-02 01:13:24 Reply! ---------- Hi!
From the
problem description that
you have given it looks
like that you have a
LAN-LAN VPN tunnel and
you are not able to
access the either sides
of the LAN.
For
this please check the
access-list that you have
configured on both the
routers.
Let me
know if you have any
queries.
