Shared Drive when
connected to the VPN ---------- Hello Everyone,
We
have a user in our
company who is not able
to connect to the shared
drives when connected
using VPN. She was able
to access it earlier and
now she is not able to
access the shared drives.
We get different messages
for different shared
drives. The error
messages are as
below
1)Microsoft
Window Network: The local
device name is already in
use. This connection has
not been
restored
2)Windows
is serching for S:\. To
locate the file yourself,
click browse
We
are using Check Point
Secureclient as the VPN
client.
We have
tried updating the site
update. Another laptop
from the same location
works perfectly fine so
there should be something
wrong on this laptop.
Please suggest. |
