Cisco, XP, Security Gateway
----------
I am using 3.5.2b and have used 3.6.3 of the Cisco VPN dialer with Windows XP SP1. When trying to make a connection using Group Access Info (not certs), Allow IPSec over UDP with out XP firewall and QoS I get the following message:

Failed to establish a secure connection to the security gateway.

I am using a public IP and it works flawlessly with Win2000.
Thanks

Hi,
I have the same problem. Can you please give me directions as to how to resolve this. The error message I get is as follows:
"Secure VPN connection terminated by the client. Reason: Unable to contact the security gateway".
I'm using Windows XP operating system. Using Cisco VPN to connect to client machine.
Thanks
