Different data transfer
rate

Hi,
I encountered a
data transfer rate
problem on VPN and here
is the scenario:
I
managed to transfer data
from company A in Paris
to company B in New York
with the transfer speed
of 1 Mbps. However, when
I transfered the data
from company B in New
York to company A in
Paris, the transfer rate
becomes 400 kbps. What
could be wrong and how to
fix this problem (I mean
to make it 1
Mbps)?
