Need non US VPN that
doesn't lag from Thailand

Hello,
I need a
VPN to use in Thailand.
The VPN can not be based
in the USA or Thailand.
I was using one
based in Vancouver but
the lag was very bad.
After weeks of trying to
fix it they said it was
because of my
location.
Any
ideas on what to try? Do
you think if I use on
based in Europe or in
Asia it might speed
things up a
bit?
