I have just
set up a PPTP VPN with a
linksys RV 082 router.
I've over come IP
conflicts and old
firmwear and can now
reliably connect to my
VPN using the winXP VPN
connection (although we
have had to remove the
IPX protocol from the
connection).
However. The
network hard drive that i
wish to access from my
remote computer wont let
me see the files. By
using the Hard drives IP
address i can access its
web admin panel, but i
cannot figure out how to
get the hard drive to
give me read write
access.
Does
anyone have any advice as
to what i should be doing
to setting this up? Is it
because of the disabled
IPX protocol that i cant
see the
files?
Thanks in
advance for your advice. |
