Noob help urgent

I put a new motherboard
in a comp and did a fresh
install of XP
Pro.
I need to
have the following set up
again.
Citrix
Metaframe Program
Neighborhood v
9.150.39151
Contiv
ity VPN Client
V04_65.19
I have
all the addresses, domain
names, usernames, id's
etc.
Can somebody
tell me what's gonna
happen when I go and set
this up again? I don't
want to spend all day on
it. Where do I
start?!
Help is
