SSL over IPSec

Has anyone ever tried to
use both SSL and IPSec
together? I know its
odd, but we have a
customer who would like a
IPSec VPN and keep their
SSL applications in tact.
I'm assuming there will
be performance problems
or issues with PORTS and
certificate updates.
