Small VPN
----------
Hey All,
I am very
new to such things, and
could use some direction
in getting a solution. I
and some friends want to
start a small VPN between
our Home PC's. We are all
use the same ISP, with IP
addresses that change
every day or so. We have
been doing all of the
research we can, but all
of the products seem to
be very large in scale
and expensive, which is
understandable, but not
what we want. I am also
not sure how the changing
IP addy will affect us.
We simply want to have
the ability to share
files, without letting
Everybody in the world
share them, without
purchasing a server of
somesort or forcing
someone to act as a
server for us. We all
live in Dorms scattered
across base (In the
military) and think that
this might be a fun
project. I will continue
to research, but does
anyone know of a way that
I have not found yet to
do this? ANY andvice is
welcome. Thanks. |
