VPN Server

Hello, I'm a newbie in
VPN and i like to set up
a VPN Server. I have an
E-tech Wireless Router
and Win2k Server. In know
i have to forward port
1723 on the router to my
server ip and enabling IP
GRE 47 on the router. But
standard when you have a
telenet connection, all
ports beneath 9000 are
disabled, how can i fix
this ?
