VPN and FVS318 Netgear

I am new to VPN and I
need some info on how to
setup a FVS318
router/firewall to allow
access to the network
from one remote pc. Can
someone give me some
direction. End pc os will
be XP. I only need access
for one person to get in.
The remote pc and router
will have a cable
