VPN connection for EIB

Hello,
I am trying
to remotely connect with
an Automation Controller
(EIB) which uses an IP
module.
I set up the
port 3671 in the IP
module and with port
forwarding i manage to
connect remotely, but i
can not download
data.
Through LAN i
manage to download data,
but though WAN, i only
manage to connect to the
device, when i try to
download a program I get
an error message.
They
informed me that it will
work with a VPN network.
But my knowledge with VPN
networks are not so
good!!!
Where can i
find info, of how to set
it up and what kind of
DSL modem router i have
to look for. I am
currently using a Dlink
DSL-G664T but i dont
think that is
suitable.
I would like
to be able to connect
with my laptop from
anywhere, to my house. |
