VPN server Linux - MS

Hi, I'm working in a
Italian company and we
would like to create a
VPN from remote client
with MS Windows as
Operation System in
different part of italy
and a Linux Server
located in Rome.
Do u
know if is it possible to
interface MS-Windows and
Linux to do a VPN? Which
kind of clients software
should i use over MS?
Which software should i
use over se server Linux?
