VPN simulator

I am an Msc student who
is working on a project
topic "design and
modelling of an ip vpn".I
wanted to know if there
is any modelling software
for vpn's where one can
simulate and run basic
tests (efficiency,use of
bandwidth..etc)
OPNET,COMNET 111..all
simulate network
environments but not
VPN.
I would
appreciate if anyone with
an idea could let me know
