Which one?
----------
I have three boxes that I am evaluating for a site to site and concurrently remote access use. My findings show that they are all "Me Too". Could anybody make educated opinions on the three? They are:

Cisco
Alca tel
Netscreen

VPN evaluation
----------
KAM,

Based on my experience, (I haven't used the Alcatel boxes yet) the Netscreen was the easiest and most robust of the VPN concentrators you've listed.
Also, check out Nortel's Contivity line if you have the and energy. They are solid, easy and intuitive. The main disadvantage with the Contivity VPN is that there is no SOHO VPN box. The 400 is overkill.
Netscreen has a solid SOHO VPN in the Netscreen 5/5XP.
We haven't tested Cisco's SOHO VPN yet.

In the end it's really going to come down to what your using your VPN for.

Good luck,

Phil

We have a 300 node infrastructure with Intels Netstructure family. They were just purchased (OEM) by HP. Have not used any of the other devices but am looking into a Checkpoint solution!
