dialup into my computer

Hi
Is it possible
to have a staff member
dialup directly via
telephone/modem into my
computer at home, and be
able to do the
following:
1)
Share a specific folder
for documents
2) Be
able to "chat" like irc
or some sort of message
popup
3) be able to
use my ADSL connection to
surf the internet and
check their
email.
Additionall
y, I would like to be
able to control their
connection and connection
priveledges - such as
monitoring what websites
they visit and denial of
access to any other
folders/drives/network
connections
etc.
Basically my
home pc would act as a
"mini-isp" for one dialup
connection (only they
would have the phone
number and access
passwords would be saved
on their computer without
them knowing what the psw
is).
Is there
software available which
can do this?
