error stablishing vpn in
win2k
----------
We are trying to
establish access VPN (NAS
initiated) ... after
connecting to our NAS i
try to make establish VPN
connection to one of our
internal Win2k Server and
iam dailing from
win2kPro. I don't won't
encription but still want
to use L2TP, for this
reason i've disable'd
IPsec. policy in both
Win2k Server n
Pro.
Inspite of
all this i recive the
following error ever time
i try to establish VPN
tunnel 'error :742 "THE
REMOTE COMPUTER DOES NOT
SUPPORT THE REQUIERD DATA
ENCRIPTION TYPE"
'
and one thing
more i've installed 128
bit encription patch
(available on microsoft
site) on both client n
VPN sever.
Please
any body here can give me
any clue or can pin point
the mistake's i'm making
