vpn over gprs

Notice that client to
gateway VPN is not very
tolerable over GPRS.
Tested using Cisco client
to Cisco Altiga 3000 and
notice that the success
rate of getting keys
exchanges completed
successfully and tunnel
being setup is abt only
60% of the no. of tries.
